Senior Business Analyst - Financial Planning

What's the role?

We are building proprietary financial planning software to transform the client planning experience at Northwestern Mutual. 

As a member of our Advice Integration team, you will partner with technology product delivery and design teams to create strategic alignment and business value.  You will be responsible for delivering financial planning expertise, content, and strategies to support our software developers and product managers to help build and improve our planning tools.  This will require performing detail analysis of both “as is and “to be” business processes and conducting gap analysis. 

In addition to leveraging your financial planning background, you will be expected to be familiar with how our network of Financial Representatives help deliver financial security to clients.

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning
• CFP® a plus.
• Strategic mindset.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and negotiate compromise.
• Technical, must enjoy getting your hands dirty and be excited to learn about new technology.
