FXE Program Manager

Responsibilities 

  • Implement and maintain project/program management standards across the team 
  • Ensure product roadmap are defined and maintained for the team 
  • Manage the project/project intake process for the team - including any new project request coming from the business or other tech departments 
  • Deliver recurring program/project level transparency to the team and to Northwestern Mutual technology leadership 
  • Enable project resource management and dependency management across projects 
  • Ensure program plans (e.g., goals, risks, schedules, resources, roles and responsibilities) are defined and maintained

  • Delivers excellent verbal and written communication to include expression of facts and ideas, interpretation of information and the ability to make clear and convincing presentation. Able to navigate the levels of audiences and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.  

Background 

  • Supported enterprise level projects/programs 
  • Experience with agile/scrum development methodology as well as more formalized waterfall-style software development life cycle (SDLC). 
  • Project Management: 8 years 
  • Bachelor degree
