Sr. Software Engineer: Identity & Access Management

This position will help in our Single Sign On and Federation efforts to integrate with our Identity Provider (IdP) and integrate more applications with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This role is accountable for analysis, design, development, implementations, and upgrades of infrastructure, software, and technology solutions. Responsible for using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business needs to improve and meet service level expectations. Typically 3-5 years of experience in the role.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent work experience in the IT field
  • Must have previous experience leading teams, onsite and remotely; preferably in an in agile development environment
  • Experience managing large IT projects; resources and budget
  • Must have well-rounded IT technical experiences in several IT domains in addition to IAM
  • Experience in key IAM technologies (examples):  MFA, Azure AD, CyberArk, Sailpoint
  • Passionate about learning new skills, technologies, and conveying knowledge  
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analysis skills
  • Understanding of modern authentication protocols (JWT, OAUTH, SAML, OPENID, etc) and
  • Active Directory and/or LDAP directories (i.e. Radiant Logic, eDirectory, etc.)
  • Experience securing APIs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A background and mindset coming from software development experience


Preferred Qualifications include knowledge of:

  • Infrastructure as a Service
  • Identity as a Service
  • Management of offshore support teams
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
  • JAVA/J2EE and/or .Net development skills
  • IT Automation and building CI/CD pipelines
