We are searching for a lead to perform a technical analysis of our Infra, and the code running on enterprise our systems.  This includes Disaster Recovery testing our internal infrastructure, as well as the code deployed onto AWS, AZURE, and other cloud platforms. 


You will need to have the ability to understand infrastructure, analyze the code, and understand how it interacts with the platform on which it is deployed.  Strong application depth required. You don’t need to be a guru, but you need to know your way around code. 


The ideal candidate will bring Chaos and Process Engineering leadership.  You will help make this organization faster, better, stronger by building systems to automatically run, test, and report on our software. You will build an automated infrastructure that rapidly detects problems with our software and fixes them. You will enable us to experiment with new ideas and prototypes and help turn those prototypes into bulletproof production software. You will provide tools and insights that help our developers build better software in less time to help keep our teams small and productive. 



  • Network – Arista, Juniper, Aruba, Adva, Palo Alto, SDN and SDWan.
  • Compute – Rack and Blade, Nutanix, VMware, EC3, Containers
  • Storage – SAN, NAS, Netbackup, Data Domain, S3, Nutanix Buckets
  • AWS, Azure, Lambda, Containers, Kubernetes, Terraforms, Docker, AZs, JSON
  • Various development and scripting languages including Python, Golang, JS, .Net, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant platform engineering, architecture, and distributed systems experience
  • Consult with product teams to align IT resiliency strategies with enterprise architecture solutions, representing multiple platforms, services, or tools
  • Evolve the chaos engineering roadmap for the IT systems supporting subscription business
  • Evaluate disaster recovery strategies and solutions to identify current risks and recommend improvements
  • Creating and driving solutions in the fault injection and performance engineering space all the way to production
  • Define enterprise scale fault tolerance and fail-over procedures
  • Conduct analysis of disaster recovery architecture to ensure it can meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery point objectives (RPO)
  • Support IT resiliency experiments by injecting failures into distributed systems to improve the system's resiliency
  • Strong design, development and communication Skills
