What's the role?

Takes the lead in strategizing training initiatives; including analyzing, designing, developing, curating and evaluating field facing training deliverables. This role will consult will all levels of field and home office personnel to determine if training is needed and will lead complex training efforts, including executing all deliverables. Training areas include, but are not limited to: product, planning, sales cycle, regulatory, markets, and leadership development. Determines what type of training deliverable is most effective in meeting training needs (online course, virtual training, schools, video, gamification, podcast, facilitator-led materials). Individuals will conduct research on emerging technologies and learning & development trends to identify and make recommendations for changes and enhancements within our training organization.

  • Expert with various content authorizing tools (Articulate 360, Lectora, Inkling, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite).
  • Proven ability in problem identification and creative problem solving.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors, WorkDay, etc.).
  • Background and experience in training development, with the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in researching, designing, writing, developing, implementing and curating training programs.
  • Ability to build & sustain cohesive and collaborative business relationships and work effectively across the organization.
  • Expert in project management and adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Master’s degree in training/adult learning, learning & development preferred.
  • Series 6 or 7 license preferred.
