What's the role?

Directs expense management activities for functional or departmental operational planning and strategic investment funding.  Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with senior management and company leaders across all of the company’s operations and strategic investments.  Be regarded as an essential leader for the company’s expense management activities.  Deliver value-added proposals and advice regarding expense management activities and discrete decision support opportunities when appropriate (e.g., opportunities for cost reduction in certain areas of the company).  Develop and deliver related presentations to senior financial management.

Bring Your Best! What this role needs:

    • Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, preferably in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
    • A MBA or advance degree is also preferred.
    • Prior Big 4 consulting experience is highly desirable
    • Preferably someone that has worked in functional or technical capacity in implementing financial applications
    • Must have 10 years or more of relevant work experience in positions with increasing leadership responsibilities.
    • Must have superior organizational agility, communication and negotiation skills in order to maintain relations with all levels of management.
    • Must also have superior analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Must possess a well-developed internal network and relationships that demonstrate the ability to build rapport and gain acceptance at all levels in the Home Office.
    • Demonstrated ability to bring or acquire knowledge to fulfill accounting and reporting aspects of the position.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage people, build teams and improve work processes.
