What's the role?

As a Project Manager, you will provide project management expertise to business areas and/or the IS Department in accordance with Company-approved methodologies. You will assist clients in defining and managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk mitigation, and implementation strategies on smaller, moderately complex projects (generally <6 month in duration, <$1M in budget, and a project team of <5). You will allocate budget, technology and staffing resources, structure the project into manageable work units, create a project delivery plan, continually communicate status, while managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Above all, you are a strategic thinker, regrouping as priorities and objectives necessitate, to achieve key milestones and accomplish optimal project results; you take ownership of issues, moving between diverse tasks with cooperation and persistence to motivate and bring out the best in those around you.


Bring Your Best! What this role needs:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Two or more years of project management experience in technology and/or business functions
  • Experience with project management methodologies or SDLC (systems development life cycle) preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool preferred
