What’s the role?


We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for our Insurance and Investment products team. The assistant will perform legal and administrative support duties requiring organization, time management, proofreading and document production skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing attorney calendars and CLE, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenditures, maintaining files, and creating presentations.  Client service is your highest priority.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Legal administrative or executive assistant experience a plus!
