If you are a software or full-stack engineer, who wants to join a passionate team who are revolutionizing IT Service Management for the Digital transformation, please read on!

What's the role?

Our agile development team is looking for a full stack engineer that wants to make an immediate big impact. You will come in right away and work on features that are used by everyone in the company and transforming our service management tooling and processes for the way people are working.

Bring Your Best! What this role needs:

  • Experience with engineering best practices to include analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying and supporting software solutions and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades.
  • Specific technical requirements/platforms will vary (i.e. Front End, Back End, Cloud, .net, Java, Full Stack, JavaScript).  For the most part, you are interacting with an existing SaaS solution, but also integrating multiple internal and external applications together with REST APIs via an integration fabric.
  • Understanding of infrastructure (server, firewalls, database), docker, and containerization – you will be hardening and making these integrations resilient and highly available.  We have two on-premise integration fabrics, so infrastructure engineering experience is a must.
  • Candidate should have docker and/or kubernetes exposure
  • Experience with Node.js is desired.
  • Web services & REST APIs
  • A tenacious self-starter and determined problem solver.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements.
  • Naturally collaborative and experience working on an agile team.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams and non-technical teams.

In our wildest dreams, you would also have these:

  • Understanding of ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Config.
  • An eye for a good user experience – it not only works well but looks good.
  • Experience working with SAFe.
  • Experience with work management tools such as Team Foundation Server or Jira.
