What's the role?

As an Executive Assistant, providing full administrative support to a senior-level executive officer, you will: greet, screen and direct visitors and phone calls, corresponding via e-mail, traditional mail, and other means; prepare presentations; manage the executive’s schedule; organize events; plan meetings and prepare minutes; provide general administrative support, including basic budget/expense administration, travel coordination and, and meeting planning. This role calls the ability to regroup as priorities and objectives change; also critical are highly effective written/verbal communication skills, enabling you to maintain high levels of quality, service and productivity, while handling diverse tasks with the highest possible degree of accuracy and discretion.

  • This position is typically occupied by an incumbent holding an Associate’s degree or specialized secretarial training
  • Minimum of five years of executive level administrative support, in a large complex organization, preferred
  • Has highly developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
