The Assistant Director- Distribution Performance is a member of the Distribution Performance team that partners and advises these Managing Partners/distribution affiliates on their operations.  The Assistant Director-Distribution Performance assists a team of primary business advisors (Principals) in their efforts to drive affiliate performance by…

  • Engage in operating plan support in Network Offices (NO) as determined by team’s VP and Principals to expand NO performance results.
  • Support tactical needs of the NO across performance dimensions; serve as an execution resource for implementing and adjusting local systems and procedures, supporting local talent development and success.
  • Build relationships and serve as team’s primary point of contact for NO Staff and second-line leadership during longer term engagements.
  • Collaborate with Distribution Excellence Team to support the implementation of tailored solutions. 
  • Internal business partner responsible for communicating effectiveness of resources deployed.  Provide feedback and observations to Distribution Excellence regarding programs and best practices. 
  • Data output / observations summarized with well-constructed analyses including clarified results.
  • Customized reports and presentations tailored to NO leadership audiences. 
  • Progress multiple projects / engagements simultaneously.

  • Advanced technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to gather, analyze, interpret and present data at both a NO and portfolio level with primary focus on internal HO audiences
  • Proactively monitors processes using critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with alignment to organizational strategic goals
  • MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
