What You’ll Do:

  • Work within the Advanced Market Operations area of Insurance & Annuity Client Services to help with Universal Life (UL) platform testing and validation of product values/calculations.
  • Apply analytical and business knowledge in real-world setting to solve moderately complex problems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business process-improvement initiatives
  • Understand and anticipate customer and client needs, and identify solutions
  • Provide analysis and opinions on department-wide operations
  • Independently manage and prioritize own time to meet agreed upon deadlines and productivity and quality standards

     

What You’ll Need:

  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making, and customer service skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency using MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, and intellectually curious
  • Ability to work in Franklin, WI 40 hours per week during the summer break and potentially 20 hours per week during the school year.
