What You’ll Do:

  • Be a member of the Enterprise Technology Command Center
  • Experience operational monitoring & event response by actively participating in ETCC functions; proactively monitor, respond to and troubleshoot notifications, errors and failures to meet service management objectives.
  • Develop monitoring solutions working with engineering team on products such as log monitoring and performance monitoring, 
  • Gain exposure to technology through support of infrastructure and applications, both on premise and in the cloud.
  • Participate in critical incident management for priority incidents, and root cause analysis through problem management practices
  • Collaborate with other interns on assigned case study to be presented at the end of the internship

What You’ll Need:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA and 6 – 9 credits in Computer Science or related courses
  • Proficiency in node.js, REST APIs, functions & expressions, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Eagerness to collaborate with engineers, designers and product managers
  • Enthusiasm about learning new technologies and evangelizing best practices
